VALDOSTA, GA:

Situated in an emerging market among Wal-Mart and a recently expanded Sam's Club, the 2011-built 8,470 SF property exhibited the strongest year-over-year sales growth in the portfolio, resulting in an extremely healthy operating cost. The final disposition price for the asset was $3,675,000.       

WARNER ROBINS, GA:

Built in 1999 with the most recent renovation taking place in 2013, the subject property was the first store developed and operated by the franchisee.  Situated as a prominent outparcel to a Target anchored center, sales have been consistently above average. The disposition price for the asset was $3,650,000.

MACON, GA:

Set among a variety of limited service hotels and two grocery anchored shopping centers, the 7,717 SF property also benefits from its location just minutes away from the franchisee's headquarters. The property's proximity to Interstate 75 ensures a stable flow of traffic through the site. The sale price for the asset was $2,741,000.
